Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We retain order and account records as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no online service is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information by emailing hello@cacele.com. We honor applicable rights under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA and aim to respond within 30 days. You can also clear local browser storage for cart and favorites in your device settings.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
