We ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations. Rates and delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address and cart contents.
Free shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on qualifying US orders of $49 or more before tax and discounts. Orders below that threshold include a flat shipping fee calculated in your cart.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Items stocked in US warehouses usually arrive within 3–8 business days after processing; items shipped from our international fulfillment partners generally arrive within 8–20 business days. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time. You will receive tracking by email as each package ships.
US & international
We fulfill from partner warehouses in the US and abroad. International delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and carrier availability. Duties and import taxes may apply outside the US and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Split shipments
Some orders ship in multiple packages when items come from different fulfillment partners or warehouses. You will receive tracking for each shipment. There is no extra shipping charge for split packages on qualifying free-shipping orders.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it ships, and orders that fail to deliver because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are refused or left unclaimed, are not eligible for refund or resend. See our returns & refunds policy.
Late or missing packages
If tracking shows no delivery within 45 days of dispatch for US orders (60 days for most international destinations), contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Track your order any time on the orders page or email hello@digitalpetshop.com.
