Agreement
By using digitalpetshop.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The Site is owned and operated by Cacele Digital, LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in St. Augustine, Florida 32084, doing business as Digital Pet Shop. Products & pricing
We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Catalog items may change without notice. We may cancel or limit quantities on orders with pricing or listing errors. Product photos are illustrative; minor variations in color or packaging may occur.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and tax. Payments are processed by Stripe. Order acceptance occurs when we send confirmation or begin fulfillment. Orders may be cancelled by you only before warehouse processing begins.
Fulfillment, shipping & returns
Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in the US and abroad. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping terms are described in our shipping policy. All refund, replacement, and return claims are governed by our returns & refunds policy, including the 30-day claim window after delivery, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute — unwarranted chargebacks may result in account or order restrictions.
Rewards & promotions
Promotional offers and DPS Rewards points have program rules that may change. Points have no cash value except as redemption credit at checkout when eligible, and may be adjusted for refunded or disputed orders.
Intellectual property
Site content — including branding, product curation, copy, and imagery — belongs to Cacele Digital, LLC or its licensors and may not be republished or used commercially without written permission.
Disclaimer & liability
Pet products are provided "as is." Follow manufacturer guidance for safe use, and consult your veterinarian for health-related products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cacele Digital, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cacele Digital, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
