I'd give it a 4, maybe even a 3. If you have a long-haired cat and, like me, you believed it would remove a lot of fur, that's not true. It combs out less fur than a regular brush and isn't effective at all. I tried brushing in different ways: with steam, without steam, with warm water, and with regular water—all useless. The only upside is that my difficult cat at least tolerates being brushed with this product. That's it. Everything arrived intact, though slightly dented.

Very good brush. The steam doesn't come out too forcefully, which is good because it doesn't scare my cat. It allows me to brush and clean my cat's fur at the same time. It arrived charged, so I could test it right away.
